1. Who we are & scope

Fintegrity is an online certification platform operated locally in Willemstad, Curaçao. This Policy explains how Fintegrity collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data through fintegritylearn.com, learner accounts, courses, certificates, and related support. Fintegrity processes personal data in accordance with applicable Curaçao privacy law, including the National Ordinance Personal Data Protection (Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens, A.B. 2010, no. 84), and other applicable law.

2. Data we collect

We may collect your name, email address, account/login information, course enrollments, learning progress, quiz/assessment results, certificate details and serial numbers, support communications, and transactional records. Payment-card details are handled by the designated Merchant of Record/payment provider and are not stored by Fintegrity unless expressly stated otherwise. We may also receive limited technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, security logs, and cookie-related data where necessary for operation, security, analytics, or preferences.

3. Why we use data

We use personal data to create and administer accounts; deliver courses; save progress; administer assessments; issue and verify certificates; provide customer support; process transactions and prevent fraud; maintain platform security; communicate essential service messages; comply with legal obligations; and improve the platform. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted and, where required, with your consent. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing & service providers

We may share data with trusted providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, learning-platform, email, analytics, security, and payment/Merchant of Record providers. These providers receive only information reasonably needed for their services and are expected to protect it. We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.

5. Retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining certificates and records required for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices & rights

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis. You can update certain account information through your dashboard. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, contact support@fintegrity.cw; we may verify your identity before responding.

7. International processing, children & changes

Some service providers may process data outside Curaçao. Where required, Fintegrity will use appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable transfer requirements. The platform is intended for adults and professional learners and is not knowingly directed to children. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on the website. Continued use after an update constitutes notice of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
