Refund Policy

Fintegrity · Willemstad, Curaçao — effective August 24, 2026.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid online courses purchased directly through Fintegrity. Fintegrity aims to make course purchases clear and fair while recognizing that digital learning access can begin immediately. This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer right or remedy that applies under Curaçao law or other applicable law.

2. Standard refund window

Unless a course page or checkout states a more favorable policy, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed the course. For purposes of this Policy, substantial consumption may include completing a material portion of lessons, downloading significant course resources, taking or submitting the final assessment, or receiving the course certificate. We may consider exceptional circumstances fairly and in good faith.

3. Digital-content exception

If you expressly requested immediate access to digital course content and began using that content during a legally applicable withdrawal period, any statutory right of withdrawal may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a course is materially defective, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise subject to a mandatory legal remedy, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@fintegrity.cw from the account email used for purchase. Include your full name, course name, purchase date, and a brief reason for the request. Fintegrity may request reasonable information needed to verify the purchase. We will normally acknowledge requests within one business day and communicate the decision after review.

5. Approved refunds

If approved, Fintegrity will instruct the Merchant of Record/payment provider to refund the eligible amount to the original payment method where practicable. Processing time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. Original transaction taxes or fees will be treated according to applicable law and the Merchant of Record's rules. Fintegrity does not charge a separate refund fee unless clearly disclosed at purchase and permitted by law.

6. Non-refundable / excluded situations

A refund may be denied where the request falls outside the applicable window, the course has been substantially consumed, access was suspended because of fraud or a material breach, or the request concerns dissatisfaction that is not covered by a stated guarantee. A duplicate purchase, technical access problem, or demonstrable billing error will be reviewed promptly and may qualify for correction or refund.

7. Cancellations, complaints & legal rights

Because course purchases are generally one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, there is normally no recurring subscription to cancel. Nothing in this Policy limits statutory consumer protections, chargeback rights, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a complaint that is not resolved through support, contact support@fintegrity.cw and provide the relevant order or certificate information.
