Fintegrity · Willemstad, Curaçao — effective August 24, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of Fintegrity's online certification platform and any course you purchase. By creating an account, enrolling, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and be legally capable of entering a contract. If you purchase for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
An account is required for courses and certificates. Keep login credentials confidential and promptly notify Fintegrity of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Certificates are issued to the name shown on your account.
Courses are generally one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Unless a course page states otherwise, purchase grants personal access to the purchased course, including course updates made available by Fintegrity. You may learn at your own pace. A certificate is issued when the applicable completion requirements and final assessment are passed. Certificates may carry a unique serial number and may be publicly verifiable. Fintegrity may correct, suspend, or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, impersonation, cheating, or material breach.
Payments are processed through Fintegrity's designated Merchant of Record/payment provider. The provider may issue receipts and handle applicable taxes and payment-card data. Prices and applicable taxes/fees are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by Fintegrity's Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Course materials, videos, assessments, downloadable resources, trademarks, certificates and other platform content are owned by or licensed to Fintegrity and are protected by applicable law. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for personal or authorized internal learning. You may not share accounts, copy, resell, scrape, publicly redistribute, upload, reproduce, or commercially exploit paid content, or attempt to bypass access controls or assessments.
Fintegrity will use reasonable care to provide the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or that a course will meet every individual or employer requirement. Courses are educational and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, Fintegrity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Fintegrity may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, fraud, security risk, or non-payment. Fintegrity may update these Terms when reasonably necessary and will post the current version. The Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable jurisdictional rules. Questions or complaints: support@fintegrity.cw.
